LP Cosmetica works continuously to resolve all disputes with Users of its site. If you have any queries that you would like clarified and resolved please email us at reclamacoes@lpcosmetica.pt.

LP Cosmetica informs that the User may also submit any contractual disputes, https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/inicio through the arbitration and mediation mechanisms that can be found on our website or may be legally constituted, as well as to complain about acts and omissions that violate the legal provisions applicable to the acquisition of goods.

The claim shall be submitted within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of knowledge of the facts by the User, and shall be registered in the information systems of LP Cosmetica, which shall assess the claim and notify the interested party within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of its receipt.
