The Matt Top Coat does not drip off the brush easily. When you use the Medium base coat with the code MEVGBC080 and finish with the Matt Top Coat, the nails are a little thicker than if you apply a thin base coat and top coat. It doesn't leave any shine on the colour of the UV nail polish as it is matt. Mossi Epil.
